Case Study: Kildare Driving Academy

CLIENT:

Kildare Driving Academy is an award-winning driving school, providing expert level lessons for cars, trucks, and trailers, based in County Kildare, Ireland.

THE PROJECT:

We were approached by Kildare Driving Academy to design and build a new mobile-friendly website with an online store.

OUR WORK:

Following sign-off of the completed design aspect, commencement of the page build, using a WIX platform began with regular client updates and feedback on progress. Placeholder text was replaced with copy following input from the client and existing text documents, making some use of elements from the previous website. Upon completion of all the main web pages, the online store took priority, working with the client to gain the correct required styling and design to align with the main website, whilst ensuring it remained as user-friendly as possible. Products were then inserted to complete the online shop, final checks completed and signed-off by the client and transfer of ownership, domain and WIX premium plan were all completed with a smooth transition to launch. Some final housework, including a redirect all old URLs to forward to the relevant pages on the site, so no “Page Not Found’ scenarios appeared and some assistance with regards boosting the website in search engines results, driving more traffic throughout the site, were performed satisfactorily and Kildare Driving Academy was set to live.
